DANIEL LE BRUN. The finest grapes from Marlborough, New Zealand, combined with the classic winemaking traditions of France.
Sourced from the cool maritime region of Marlborough Daniel Le Brun Blanc de Blancs is crafted using 100% Chardonnay.
Once this wine is blended it undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle and is then rested on yeast lees in the cellar for an extended maturation of over 6 years before disgorging and release.
Color:
- Straw colours and subtle lemon hues.
- Aromas:
- Aromas of Braeburn apple, grapefruit and white-fleshed nectarine, enhanced by subtle notes of homemade short-crust pastry and freshly baked bread.
