We have made this wine to be approachable in its youth but kept enough structure so that cellaring will also be beneficial. We believe the style of this wine is reminiscent of the appellations of the Northern Rhone with exceptional aromatic qualities but marked with Hawke ’s Bay black pepper and a wonderful underlying backbone of acidity.
