Richer in mouthfeel than some vintages of G de Guiraud, this has a lovely tang of lime juice and lemongrass and silky texture - enjoyable and with a twist on the finish.
Made organically and stirred on texture-gifting lees, this Bordeaux Blanc blend stands out from much of the competition because it's partially aged in barrels that the year before created 1er cru Sauternes. It's intense, rich and complex and has notes of tangerine and grapefruit peel, a touch of redcurrant and a long finish. Drink now or over the next 4 years.
