This is a skillfully put-together Spanish Rosé, with a blend of Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Garnacha (Grenache) component adds a fleshy, plummy note, and gives some lovely aromatics. The Cabernet Sauvignon portion provides weight, texture and body.

Made in a dry style, this gorgeously deep coloured Rosé has oodles of strawberry and cherry-like fruit that simply explode from the glass. With the end of Winter almost in sight, this wine will make you Remember The Time, when the sun was shining.
