There’s a new product on the market that can help to ease these symptoms and enhance your wine drinking experience.

The product is SO2Go and by adding the equivalent of 3ml to the standard 750ml bottle of red or white wine, champagne or some juices, the SO2 (sulphur dioxide) levels are drastically reduced, allowing people who suffer symptoms such as headaches, stuffiness and hives to finally enjoy a glass of wine without these nasty side effects.

What Is SO2Go?
SO2Go is effectively an oxidising agent that releases oxygen into the wine, leaving no residues and more importantly not altering the taste of the wine. This process is the same used by wine makers world wide to reduce high sulphur levels prior to bottling.

Sulphur dioxide is added during the wine making process as a preservative (220 & 224). Prior to bottling most of this is removed, but a small amount is retained to help the wine age. It is this residual sulphur that can cause reactions in some drinkers. SO2Go when added, neutralises 50 - 80% of the remaining sulphur dioxide - enough to turn a bad experience for the majority of sufferers into a pleasurable and social occasion. SO2Go effectively allows the consumer to finish off the removal process at home or in the restaurant giving them more choice when it comes to buying preservative free wine (they can make their own!)

We recommend that this product is most effective on young and wines under screw cap.

Available in a 3ml vial (for 750ml bottle) or a 5ml spray (2 x squirts per 150ml glass).
