Crafted from South Australian fruit, Central Park Brut is a blend of 74% Chardonnay and 26% Pinot Noir. Bottle fermented, this wine was aged on it's lees for 18 months. 100% malolactic fermentation has added an attractive creamy note to the wine.

The result is a delightful bubbly with fresh lemon zest from the Chardonnay, a tantalising hint of strawberries and cream from the Pinot Noir and a subtle biscuity note from it's time on lees. A great bubbles for any occasion.
