endeavour to remedy any queries you may have.
Scenic Cellars will accept return of merchandise only if in saleable condition and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue
a credit to your account or where possible your Credit Card in New
Zealand dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping
shall be at the expense of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Upon your request, Scenic Cellars will replace any merchandise that
is received in damaged condition or as a result of picking error.
No stock will be accepted or replacements issued without prior
approval to return such merchandise. Scenic Cellars will be responsible
for filing of any claims.
